TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read! By submitting payment to your sponsor, you are sending the first part of the fee to become a permanent member of this site. After that payment to your sponsor, you will be redirected back to this website to complete your signup. This site uses a database and a script to randomly select a sponsor's payment ID when the URL is called from a browser. This places the payment ID into the payment button and the new member pays the first part of the fee to that person. After that you are redirected to the Admin Page to complete your setup by selecting the weight you'd like to add to your own position. Members with higher weights are more often in rotation and will have their ID's displayed more often. All members may increase their rotation weight at anytime by visiting the Upgrade Page. By joining and adding your ID, you agree and indicate that you fully understand that the system is completely random and if you select to choose a lower rotation weight than your ID may not be displayed as often as the ID of another member with a higher rotation weight. You also agree to, and understand, that some visitors to the main page which we advertise, will not automaticall join our system. We can not and do not guarantee 100% that all members will receive random payments from the system although all member ID's are rotated and all ID's are displayed. We DO however guarantee to advertise the website consistantly. Please make sure you understand fully the rules about unsolicited advertising. All members who join the system will be issued a member URL to send to their own prospects so they can join the system directly from their own URL and payment ID. The URL is issued with your payment ID included in the address. You may use this URL to link prospects directly to your website, by sending out email messages and bringing direct traffic to your URL. We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL DELETE any member who abuses their link in any form of unsolicited advertising or SPAM. We take SPAM complaints very seriously and will make NO exceptions to this rule. You must understand and agree to the above conditions before proceeding to join.
